Introduction

Each arima service has been designed to offer specific benefits to meet the varying needs of different publishing projects. However, we recognise that every project is different and that it is important for authors to have the opportunity to tailor packages to meet their own particular requirements. This flexibility is achieved through a range of 'add-on' options that authors can select to enhance the service that they have chosen.

Extra images

Each arima service package allows for the inclusion of a number of images in your book. You can select to insert extra images and these are charged for on an individual image, basis.

Additional tables and diagrams

If you would like to include additional tables, charts and diagrams in your book, these are charged for on an individual basis.

Contents list and Index creation

If you would like arima to create an index or contents list for your book this can be done as an additional option.

Laser proofs

Digital proofs for the manuscript and cover are supplied as part of the standard service. Should an author require a printed set of proofs these can be supplied.

Additional corrections

It is essential that at the stage you submit your work to arima, your manuscript is, to the best of your knowledge error free. You should have a rigorous system for checking your work and ideally this should include having someone else look at it. However, even the best systems will not necessarily pick-up everything and the arima publishing services allow you to make a small number of corrections to the first proof. If your manuscript requires corrections beyond those allowed for in your chosen service these will incur an additional charge.

Resubmission

Where a manuscript requires significant amendments or re-working the author may select to re-submit the work.
